Dana Johnston
Chief Executive Officer
Dana is widely known and respected as a founder and innovator in the Group Purchasing industry. As the founder and former CEO of the world’s largest dining-services focused group purchasing organization, Dana committed significant time engaging with both suppliers of products, services and supplies and with clients across the health care, senior living, education, restaurant, religious institutions, lodging and leisure markets. His goal in each of these engagements was to understand the business strategies of these partners as well as their aspirations and their pain points, The end result was turning a startup into North America’s largest group purchasing organization over the course of two decades.
At Centicor Procurement Services, Dana is committed to once again bringing innovation to a group purchasing space in need of a renewed focus on value creation for clients and the supplier community. He has an unwavering commitment to putting clients first which will differentiate Centicor from other group purchasing organizations where profit, not the success of their clients, has too often become the driving force.
Dana is a graduate of Colby College and holds a master’s degree from Colgate Rochester Divinity School.

Randy Dominguez
Vice president, Supply Chain Services
Randy is a senior procurement executive with an established track record of developing forward-thinking teams that deliver value against economic, social impact, and corporate governance objectives. He has been instrumental in creating client-centered programs for customers in the healthcare, senior living, education, business & industry, leisure, lodging, ghost kitchen and casual dining markets while a procurement executive at a national group purchasing organization and as Head of North American Procurement and Supply Chain at ISS – Guckenheimer. He has also worked on the supplier side of the negotiating table for fourteen years with multinational consumer packaged goods companies Unilever and Mondelez.
At Centicor Procurement Services, Randy and his team are focused on developing a portfolio of supplier relationships and strategic partnerships across all spend categories that deliver exceptional quality while generating client value at the invoice level. This focus, combined with a commitment to simplifying the client experience, is at the core of Centicor Procurement Services’ mission.
Randy holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame, and an MBA from the University of North Carolina.
