Dana is a highly accomplished procurement executive with decades of experience leading teams serving clients in the health care, senior living, business & industry, education, restaurant, religious institutions, lodging and leisure markets. He is the Founder and former CEO of North America’s largest Group Purchasing Organization, Entegra Procurement Services LLC, a subsidiary of Sodexo. Dana and his team grew Entegra to support nearly 100,000 customer sites with a focus on food and related products and services. He also worked closely with the Sodexo Mergers and Acquisitions team to identify M&A targets for Entegra.

Most recently Dana was founder and CEO of Owl Ridge Consulting LLC, providing contract negotiation and validation counsel, executive development, as well as go-to-market sales and growth support to the Procurement and Group Purchasing industry.

Dana is partnering with the Phoenix3 team, manufacturers, distributors, and service providers to build procurement programs and services that leverage technology in new ways to exceed customer expectations.

Dana is a graduate of Colby College and received a master’s degree from Colgate Rochester Divinity School.

Gary is a seasoned executive in the onsite foodservice industry, bringing decades of leadership experience across business dining, hospitality, and global food operations. He is the Principal and Co-Founder of CrossCheck, where he is often described as the firm’s “ambassador” for his commitment to excellence and long-standing client relationships.

Gary began his career at Motorola Food Works, where he served on the leadership team of the nation’s leading self-operated foodservice program. His work extended globally, helping to launch world-class foodservice operations in Brazil, China, Mexico, and Singapore. He later joined MBNA America Bank as Executive Vice President and Director of Dining and Hospitality Services, where he led transformative initiatives and formed lasting partnerships.

In 2004, Gary was honored with the prestigious IFMA Silver Plate Award for Business Dining, recognizing his impact and contributions to the industry.

Today, Gary is focused on advancing CrossCheck’s vision with his work centered on delivering high-quality outcomes for clients and mentoring the next generation of industry leaders.

Randy is a Procurement executive with a track record of developing teams that deliver value against economic, social impact, and corporate governance objectives. He has served clients in the healthcare, senior living, education, business & industry, leisure, lodging, ghost kitchens and casual dining markets while a procurement executive at Foodbuy, a subsidiary of Compass Group.

Most recently Randy was the Head of North American Procurement and Supply Chain at ISS – Guckenheimer, serving clients in corporate dining and facilities management services. Randy previously worked on the supplier side of the negotiation table for 14 years with multinational consumer packaged goods companies Unilever and Mondelez.

Randy is joining Centicor to provide supply chain management services that leverage technology to provide transparency, reduce costs, mitigate risk and enhance guest experiences.

Randy holds an undergraduate degree at the University of Notre Dame, and an MBA from the University of North Carolina.
